As for the skills and experience we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in related fields.
• Minimum 10 years related experience, at least 3 years at team management role.
• Experience of preparation of tender for construction projects.
• Proficiency mainly Civil Architectural works and knowledge on Mechanical and Electrical works.
• Solid knowledge and understanding of tendering processes, policy, and systems.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Good written and oral communications skills and polished presentation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. (German proficiency will be asset)
• Strong presentation skills, able to explain concepts concisely and accurately.
• Having leadership competencies to lead the team efficiently.

Job Description:

• Organizing of creation of tender files (quantity tables, technical specifications, related drawings and employer specifications) for project materials and services,
• Preparing and Reviewing tender documents / drawings on contract requirements,
• Guiding the management in decision making in line with the observations made during the negotiations made during the proposals received so that the purchasing can be realized efficiently,
• Managing to collection of all necessary documents (CE certificate, product sheet, etc.) for the material approval,
• Following the contract and transportation process by getting approval of the management.
• Filling out the contract templates for all supplies and following the contract in the process until the advance payment is received by getting the approval of the management for the relevant departments.
• To organize the responsibilities of the team members effectively.
