We are looking for a Mechanical Site Engineer (HVAC) and Sanitary Systems with the following qualifications to be employed at our Mercedes Project in Poland.

 

 

As for the skills and experience we are looking for:


  • Graduated from the Mechanical Engineering department of a university,
  • Experience at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • At least 1 year of experience working for a general contractor.
  • Construction execution license for managing construction works without limitations (applies to the site manager position).
  • Membership in the Regional Chamber of Civil Engineers (applies to the site manager position).
  • Maintaining daily records in the construction logbook in accordance with construction law.
  • Excellent command of Polish and English, both written and spoken, is a must, 
  • Ability to work target-oriented and proactively
  • Ability to work in multicultural, international environments and communicate effectively with client and colleagues
  • Excellent work organization skills.
  • Analytical thinking, result-oriented, enthusiastic, self-motivated, positive and energetic

 

Job Description:



  • Comprehensive management of the investment project from initiation to completion.
  • Supervision of construction works.
  • Organization of construction site operations.
  • Managing material logistics on-site (preparing material lists).
  • Cooperation with the Investor and other external entities from the pricing stage to project completion.
  • Developing work schedules.
  • Quality control and ensuring timely execution of works.
  • Verification of technical documentation and reporting the progress of works to the company headquarters.
  • Subcontractor and budget settlements, as well as controlling orders and material deliveries.
  • Coordinating the implementation of all health and safety (HSE) tasks and actions to ensure compliance with safety regulations and the protection of health and life on-site during construction.
  • Preparing partial and final acceptance protocols.
  • Close cooperation with other departments in the company.
  • Participation in system commissioning and technical inspections.
