 As for the skills and experience we are looking for:

• Bachelors or higher degree in an Engineering or similar discipline
• Between 2 - 6 years of related experience
• Advanced level of English
• Experience in different contract types (i.e. lump sum, unit price, cost plus fee, etc.) is a plus
• Experience in the review, evaluation, drafting, negotiation and management of contracts and subcontracts
• Exceptional negotiation and persuasion skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• In-depth knowledge of the policies, procedures and objectives in the construction field

Job Description:

• To liaise with the other departments and provision of commercial advice with regard to prime and subcontract issues and reporting during contract/subcontract execution
• To support the project team in the negotiation with clients, contractors and subcontractors to achieve project objectives
• Preparing and accomplishing negotiations concerning contract variations and deviations with the clients and/or subcontractors
• Reviewing and drafting of contractual notices and communications
• Management of contractual claims from the initial stage to settlement
• Management and administration of all contractual forms including bonds, guarantees, warranties, etc.
• Control and review of progress payments
• Provision of commercial support to other ad hoc project requirements as necessary
