We are looking for an Electrical QA/QC Engineer having the following qualifications to be assigned in our company for our Mercedes Project in Jawor. If you think you meet the expectations and this role is a precious opportunity for your career path, do not hesitate to contact us! 

As for the skills and experience we are looking for:

Educational Background:

  • A Master's or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering is still essential.
  • Additional certifications in quality management (e.g., Certified Quality Engineer) are highly valued.

Professional Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in electrical QA/QC, preferably in construction or industrial settings.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing quality control plans.
  • Experience in conducting electrical inspections and tests (HV, LV, ELV, Fire Detection Systems).
  • Experience with creating ITP(Inspection and Test Plans)

Technical Skills:

  • Expertise in electrical inspection and testing procedures.
  • Thorough knowledge of relevant Polish and European electrical standards and QA/QC regulations.
  • Proficiency in using electrical testing equipment.
  • Ability to interpret electrical drawings and specifications.
  • Knowledge of documentation control.
  • While knowledge of general electrical standards remains important, a deeper understanding of QA/QC standards (e.g., ISO 9001) and specific industry quality requirements is crucial.

Language Skills:

  • Proficiency in Polish is essential.
  • Strong English language skills are also crucial, particularly in an international project environment like the Mercedes plant. German language skills would be a strong advantage.

"Signing Rights" (Uprawnienia budowlane):

  • This is a critical requirement. In Poland, "uprawnienia budowlane" are professional qualifications that grant engineers the right to design and supervise construction works. Obtaining these rights involves meeting specific educational and experience requirements and passing an examination.
  • Ensuring the candidate holds, or is able to quickly obtain, the appropriate "signing rights" based on polish regulations is paramount.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills.
  • Ability to work independently and 1 as part of a team. 
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities, particularly in resolving quality issues.
  • Strong organizational skills.

Specific Considerations for the Mercedes Plant Project:

  • Experience in the automotive industry or with large-scale industrial projects, with a focus on quality control.
  • Familiarity with Mercedes-Benz quality standards and processes.
  • Knowledge of quality management systems used in automotive manufacturing.
