We are looking for a Surveyor having the following qualifications to be assigned in our company for our Nestle project in Bük, Hungary. If you think you meet the expectations and this role is a precious opportunity for your career path, let’s apply!  

As for the skills and experience we are looking for:

• University degree (BS/MS) in Civil Engineering or land surveying technology, cartography.
• Minimum 2 years experience on international industrial/construction projects as a construction surveyor, land surveyor or cartographer.
• Excellent organization and teamwork skills. Proven success in contributing to a team oriented environment. 
• Self oriented, disciplined and well organized.
• Excellent knowledge in fundamentals of surveying, mapmaking and the methods, principles and practice of surveying.
• Fluent in Romanian and in English (both written and spoken).
• Good communication skills and well-motivated.

 Job Description:

• Interface with cartographers, civil engineers, and project managers to develop detailed design documentation.
• Examine land boundaries and property lines by researching previous land records, legal descriptions, survey records, land titles, and other documentation.
• Survey the site to gather information and precise measurements on geographic, hydrographic, and topographic features.
• Utilize surveying instruments such as total stations, builder’s levels, robotics, and GPS (global positioning systems) to measure distances accurately.
• Create digital maps and reports using GIS (geographic information systems) technology.
• Advise clients, architects, and construction managers of any on-site conditions, building defects, or potential environmental impacts within boundary lines.
• Prepare reports for official property boundaries on leases, deeds, plots, and legal documents.
• Perform layout work, check as-built conditions, and stake out clearing boundaries and reference points on site.
