The ideal candidate is a critical thinker with the ability to create, implement and insure compliance to the Control Management Plan throughout the duration of the company's construction projects while mantaining a good relationship with the key partners and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
· Preparing and implementing the Quality Control Plan and Testing Inspection Plan
· Identify potential risks before they become a problem, focusing on root cause analysis and preventive action
· Controlling of the quality of the works, by execution phase, and for the assessment of non-conformities found in correlation with the technical norms
· Reporting weekly to the Project Manager and Technical Departments
· Verify and confirm the material quality at reception
· Prepare and follows materials approval forms and records of the quality for the executed works
Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in Construction
· 3+ years' relevant work experience
· In-depth knowledge of quality control procedures and legal standards
· Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
· Strong attention to detail, observation, and leadership skills
· Ability to develop relevant reports and policies; proactive attitude
