We are looking for Health, Safety and Environment Coordinator having the following qualifications to be assigned in our company for Head Office in Hungary. If you think you meet the expectations and this role is a precious opportunity for your career path, do not hesitate to contact us! 


As for the skills and experience we are looking for:


  • University degree in Engineering or equivalent with additional professional qualifications in HSE Management,
  • B-Class Occupational Health and Safety certificate, Master’s Degree in similar field preferred or with Nebosh certificate,
  • Minimum of 15+ years experience in EHS,
  • Strong, experience with equipment hazard assessments, work at height procedures, lockout/tagout procedures, electrical safety, and chemical management safety,
  • Experience managing large-scale projects and projects with a technical and/or engineering scope,
  • Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety management systems such as ISO 45001 and ISO 14001
  • Experience with Environmental, Health and Safety regulations and guidelines (OSHA, NFPA, ANSI, ISO, and EPA),
  • Experience conducting risk assessments, incident investigations, and root cause analysis and corrective action management,
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work in an extremely fast-paced and changing environment. Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills,
  • Ability to give formal presentations to small groups and communicate successfully with all levels of employees and management,
  • Resilient, self-motivated and able to work under pressure,
  • Skills in MS Office (Word, Power Point, Excel, Outlook),
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Hungarian are an advantage,
  • Ability to work abroad and with a global team,


 Job Description:


  • Serve as a technical consultant/subject-matter expert to the management team for guidance on EHS programs and policies and best practices,
  • Develop, control of implementation, and maintain EHS policies and procedures that ensure compliance with applicable local regulations and conformance with the company’s integrated management system,
  •  Monitoring and reviewing performance and communicating the results,
  • To establish and monitor HSE business KPIs (e.g. zero reportable accidents) and make recommendations to improve on the achievement of KPIs,
  • Support or lead incident analyses to determine root cause(s), prevention, and corrective measures
  • Ability to lead complex projects across teams,
