We are looking for a Precast Factory Manager having the following qualifications to be assigned to our company for our precast factory in Hungary. If you think you meet the expectations and this role is a precious opportunity for your career path, do not hesitate to contact us!

As for the skills and experience we are looking for:

·       Graduated from the Civil Engineering or relevant departments of universities.

·       At least 10 years of experience in the precast industry,

·       Proven experience working as a Factory Manager, Plant Manager, or a similar position in the Facilities.

·       Thorough knowledge of industry-specific factory equipment and machinery.

·       Fluent in English.

·       Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

·       Exceptional ability to meet deadlines.

·       Excellent organizational and time management skills.

·       Good decision-making skills and logical thinking abilities.

·       Excellent client and stakeholder management skills

·       Good analytical and leadership skills.

·       Ability to solve complex problems.

Usual Responsibilities: 



·       Planning factory daily routines.

·       Preparing production schedules and reports.

·       Monitoring the factory operations.

·       To manage and grow the safe and cost-effective operations of the business

·       Managing a total workforce of 100+

·       Supervising the factory workers on the production floor.

·       Maintaining high standards of the production line.

·       Implementing production strategies as per the requirements and suggesting improvements,

·       Taking corrective action as and when required.

·       Meeting customer’s expectations and demands and maintaining a sound relationship with the clients.

·       Maximising and optimizing the performance of people and plant to deliver the highest customer service and performance outcomes.

·       Ensuring compliance with all Health and Safety

·       Creating and enforcing quality control standards,

·       To control, maintain and report all inventories relating to the precast yard

·       Presenting the reports to the higher management.

·       Inspecting the quality of the finished products.

·       Implementing machine maintenance operating procedures.
