As for the skills and experience we are looking for:

• University degree (BS/MS) in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience on residential and industrial projects and at least 3 years team management experience.
• Excellent organization and teamwork skills. Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment.
• Self-oriented, disciplined, and well organized.
• Fluent in English.
• Good communication skills and well-motivated.

Job Description:

• Oversight and observation of the construction teams including all subcontractors.
• Regularly report on construction activity and schedule progress.
• Provide technical input during the project meetings.
• Coordinate the activities of all teams including subcontractors to comply with schedule requirements.
• Plan and review with each team, their programs of construction including procedures, equipment, and manpower requirements.
• Assist the technical office to prepare Method Statements.
• Review and comment on Method Statements received from subcontractors.
• Ensure as-built compliance with project documents.
• To proactively identify site issues, risks and potential delays, and to promptly inform the Project Manager together with recommended mitigation and corrective actions.
• Resolve field conflicts and problems.
• Assist the Technical Office as required in technical analysis of construction contract claims.
• Oversee total construction effort to ensure the project is constructed in accordance with design, budget, schedule, quality, and safety.
