We are looking for a Contract Manager with the following qualifications to join our company and manage the contracts of our projects in Spain. If you think you meet the expectations and this role is a precious opportunity for your career path, do not hesitate to apply!

As for the skills and experience we are looking for:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in an Engineering or other relevant discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
• Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish languages (spoken and written).
• Proven experience with various contract types (e.g., lump sum, unit price, cost-plus-fee).
• Background working with EPC contractors, clients, PM consultants, or general contractors is a plus.
• Experience in contract and subcontract drafting, review, evaluation, negotiation, and management.
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships.
• A collaborative team player who is also self-driven and capable of working independently.
• In-depth knowledge of the policies, procedures and objectives in the construction field.

 Job Description:

• To liaise with the project teams and provision of commercial advice with regard to prime and subcontract issues and reporting during Contract execution
• To support project teams in the negotiation with clients, contractors and subcontractors to achieve project objectives,
• Preparing and accomplishing negotiations concerning contract variations and deviations with the clients and/or subcontractors
• Reviewing and drafting of contractual notices and communications
• Management of contractual claims from initial stage to settlement.
• Management and administration of all contractual forms including bonds, guarantees, warranties, etc.
• Control and review of progress payments
• Provision of commercial support to other ad hoc project requirements as necessary.
