QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the construction or installation sector
• Strong technical knowledge in installations, including HVAC, sanitary, and fire systems
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Project), AutoCAD; experience with tender programs is a plus
• Strong analytical, evaluation, and synthesis skills
• Excellent planning and organizational abilities
• Effective communication skills for collaboration with colleagues, suppliers, and clients
• Highly responsible, detail-oriented, and well-organized
• Fluency in Romanian and English (both written and spoken) is required

JOB DESCRIPTIONS

• Review and analyze provided tender documentation, including technical specifications and project details, to prepare technical and financial proposals based on tender requirements
• Request and compare offers from suppliers/subcontractors
• Continuously update technical solutions and maintain a database of material prices
• Communicate with clients to address requests and provide necessary clarifications regarding proposals
