Job Description

• Support the recruitment process across Spain
• Identifying ideal candidate profiles using various databases (internal database, local job portals, LinkedIn, professional groups, etc.) and expand sourcing channels
• Coordinate interview process, manage candidate communication, and ensure a smooth hiring process
• Handle immigration procedures (with consultant company and central HR team) ensuring all necessary documents and residence/work permits are tracked and updated
• Manage documentation for current and new hires: contracts, legal documentation, personal information
• Execute onboarding and offboarding processes in close cooperation with related departments
• Support payroll by ensuring correct and accurate data input in a timely manner
• Participating in organizing company events
• Carry out ad-hoc tasks

As for the skills and experience we are looking for

• At least 5 years relevant experience
• Solid knowledge of Spanish labor legislation
• Experience in construction market is an advantage
• Strong communication and cooperation skills
• Native Spanish and advanced English, both written and spoken is a must
