As for the skills and experience we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Approximately 5 years of experience in procurement (experience in the construction sector is an advantage).
• Fluent in both Polish and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to work under deadline pressure.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Results-oriented mindset.
• Local residency is required.

Job Description:

• Organize and monitor the local procurement process, including materials, services, maintenance, and logistics, in compliance with company policies.
• Assist in evaluating and selecting optimal suppliers and offers based on price, quality, and logistics.
• Prepare comparison charts and relevant reports to support decision-making.
