As for the skills and experience we are looking for:

• Graduated from the Civil Engineering department of universities.
• Between 3 - 6 years of relevant work experience in construction or precast industry
• Proficient in interpreting all production-related drawings
• Knowledge of building construction, application of precast and prefabricated building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards
• Fluent in English.
• Proficient in MS Office and Autocad programs.
• Analytical thinking and solution-oriented.
• Ability to provide inter-departmental coordination and healthy information flow, strong business follow-up, and good human relations.
• No obstacle to travel to other countries and stay there long term.

Job Description:

• To perform optimal planning & forecasting of mold and raw material requirements.
• To calculate and forecast manpower planning for the production line
• To define purchase requisition for production material requirements and to ensure that materials are properly stored in the factory
• To assist the manager in managing a team of supervisors, and workers to ensure timely production and delivery of precast components
• Coordinating between planning team, quality control team, sub-contractor, technical team, Material Procurement, and mold team to ensure smooth production
• To ensure compliance with all safety regulations as well as ISO procedures and standards
• To monitor/control material usage & wastage
• To ensure the end product meets projects/client's quality requirements and specifications
• Adherence to safety practices in the workplace
