GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduated from Engineering, Economics, Administrative Sciences or Logistics departments of universities (Civil Engineers will be priorities) 
  • Preferably at least 8 years of experience in Purchasing and Logistics management processes in the construction industry
  • Strong negotiation skills, knowing the details of the goods and services to be purchased
  • Being able to make price analysis with market research
  • Ability to manage procurement, material, storage and shipment planning processes
  • High persuasive, dynamic and able to take quick action
  • Able to use MS Office and ERP programs
  • Lives in Budapest or open to relocate

 

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Communicating with alternative suppliers for the required products, materials and services in accordance with price, quality and deadline performance and conducting purchasing activities effectively and efficiently,
  • Carrying out the stock follow-up and the necessary follow-up for the timely delivery of the ordered materials and services,
  • Checking whether the material entries are made according to the desired technical specifications according to the target deadline,
  • Making Price - Quality cost analysis, establishing and managing the supply chain,
  • Following the market prices of foreign currency indexed products and performing transactions on current figures,
  • Ensuring correct information flow in purchasing, shipping, storage, inventory entry processes and organizing these activities,
  • Preparation of necessary reports on purchasing and stock levels,
  • Carrying out benchmarking, improvement development and follow-up studies in responsibilities related to logistics processes,
  • Managing the purchasing budget for the products.
