As for the skills and experience we are looking for:

• A minimum of 10 years of overall experience, including at least 3 years in construction management within industrial projects.
• Relevant certifications or licenses, such as Certified Construction Manager (CCM).
• Strong proficiency in both English and Polish (written and spoken).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer software.
• Extensive knowledge of contract and subcontract documents, terms, and conditions.
• Comprehensive understanding of construction procedures, materials, and project management principles.

Job Description:

• Maintain daily employee logs and oversee the activities of Construction Workers and Sub-Contractors.
• Ensure that the construction project adheres to all safety standards and building regulations.
• Plan and allocate resources (manpower, equipment, materials) from project inception to completion, keeping within budget constraints.
• Monitor and manage project execution to meet schedules and deliverables effectively.
