We are looking for a FMVs (Civil, Mechanical or Electrical) having the following qualifications to be assigned in our company for our upcoming projects in Hungary. If you think you meet the expectations and this role is a precious opportunity for your career path, let's apply!  

As for the skills and experience we are looking for:  

• University degree (BS/MS) in Electrical, Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
• 5 years of practical experience as a construction manager in complex construction projects
• Responsible Technical Manager’s license and practice.
• Having FMV certificate in related field.
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken).

 Job Description:

• Update the e-log daily base according to the site report.
• Attending to the Client Meetings, 
• Following and importing subcontractors to e-log.
• Management of the work of subcontractors and own physical staff.
• On - site coordination of general construction.
• Compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Contact the customer's representative and technical inspectors.
• Give support in the building hand over and related documents.
• Review and accept the monthly Interim Payment Certificate (IPC) of the subcontractors, prepare together with PM the IPC for Client.
• Support in the selection of the right materials to respect the Hungarian standards, and following the materials order status.
