We are looking for an Electrical Site Engineer having the following qualifications to be assigned in our company for our Mercedes Project in Jawor, Poland. If you think you meet the expectations and this role is a precious opportunity for your career path, do not hesitate to contact us! 

As for the skills and experience we are looking for:

Educational Background:

  • A Master's or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering is essential. Focus on construction works or related fields is highly valued, especially given the nature of modern automotive plants.

Professional Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in electrical site engineering, preferably in construction or industrial settings.
  • Experience with HV, LV, ELV and Fire Detection Systems is highly desirable.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in electrical installation.
  • Knowledge of relevant Polish and European electrical standards and regulations

Language Skills:

  • Proficiency in Polish is essential
  • Strong English language skills are also crucial, particularly in an international project environment like the Mercedes plant
  • German language skills would be a strong advantage

"Signing Rights" (Uprawnienia budowlane):

  • This is a critical requirement. In Poland, "uprawnienia budowlane" are professional qualifications that grant engineers the right to design and supervise construction works. Obtaining these rights involves meeting specific educational and experience requirements and passing an examination.
  • Ensuring the candidate holds, or is able to quickly obtain, the appropriate "signing rights" based on polish regulations is paramount.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities. 
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills. 

Specific Considerations for the Mercedes Plant Project:

  • Automotive Industry Experience: Experience in the automotive industry or with large-scale industrial projects is highly advantageous.
  • Mercedes-Benz Standards: Familiarity with Mercedes-Benz production standards and processes would be beneficial.
  • Synergy Construction Requirements: As per the information found, Synergy construction looks for candidates that have strong proficiency in both English and Polish, and that have strong knowledge of construction procedures, materials. 

Job Description:

  • Responsible for all productions within its scope, to predict the risks and problems that may occur during the productions and to report them to the management
  • To manage within the necessary quality and occupational safety scopes in accordance with the relevant work program
  • Approving the productions made, reporting the nonconformities
  • To follow up on the compliance of the works with the quality standards and regulations
  • To ensure field control and coordination of the material
  • To control and report the quantity control of the Subcontractor progress payments in line with the completed productions
  •  To control the daily, weekly and monthly reports from subcontractors and to intervene if necessary, to report non-conformities
