We are looking for a Procurement Engineer with a background in Civil Engineering or Architecture to support the technical and procurement operations of our international construction projects in EU countries.

Job Summary:

  • Supervise daily site activities related to infrastructure and reinforced concrete works.
  • Coordinate workers, subcontractors, and equipment on site.
  • Ensure works are carried out according to drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
  • Monitor productivity and construction progress.
  • Report daily site activities and issues to project management.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and site procedures.
  • Assist in planning and organizing site operations.


Requirements

  • Minimum 10–15 years of proven experience in infrastructure and reinforced concrete construction works.
  • Previous experience as a Foreman, General Foreman, Site Supervisor, or Team Leader on construction projects.
  • Strong practical knowledge of excavation, foundations, concrete structures, formwork, reinforcement, and related civil works.
  • Ability to read and understand construction drawings.
  • Experience managing site labor teams and subcontractors.
  • Good organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and solve on-site problems
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken); other European languages are considered an asset.
  • Holding a valid work permit in Spain
