Requirements:

• Graduate of Architecture / Design;
• Minimum 3-year experience as an interior designer or architect;
• Excellent English language skills (min. C1);
• Excellent use of AutoCAD;
• Knowledge of design and interior design at DDE level;
• Graphic presentation skills;
• Knowledge of Photoshop, SketchUp / 3d Studio Max, and Microsoft Office would be an advantage;
• Dynamic, motivated and creative;
• Effectively communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders..
• Passion for detailing and solving problems.

Role accountabilities:

• Involvement in our architectural engineering projects, in different stages (from concept to detailing/execution files);
• Prepare detailed design plans, layouts, elevations, cross-sections, and other associated documents.
• Evaluate and select appropriate technologies and tools for the project.
• Cooperate with quantity surveyors, engineers, and other design professionals
• Ensuring compliance of all architectural guidelines and standards
• Assure quality of production of all design outputs, including check of work carried out by colleagues.
• Integrating engineering element into unified design;
