Responsibilities

• Creating business development plans
• Identifying market opportunities through meetings, networking and other channels
• Meeting existing and potential clients and building positive relationships to promote the company and following the market
• Preparing and negotiating designer and subcontractor agreements using company-approved processes and documentation
• Attending events such as industry outreach and informational conferences
• Preparing presentations and participating in meetings
• Producing reports for management
• Upholding and living the values of the organization and industry

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in related fields
• Minimum 5 years of related experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English 
• Good command of MS Office and related software and tools
• Strong presentation skills
• Initiative and good decision-making skills
• Diplomacy and tact
• Willing to travel
