As for the skills and experience we are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related fields,
  • Minimum 10 years of related experience in the construction market.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Polish,
  • Good command of MS Office and related software and tools,
  • Good written and oral communication skills with the ability to network,
  • Strong presentation skills,
  • Initiative and good decision-making skills,
  • Having the ability coordination competencies to coordinate the teams efficiently,
  • Ability to strategical thinking and to see the big picture,
  • To be willing to invest the time to stay up to date and understand all regulation changes and updates,
  • Diplomacy and tact are required,
  • Able to travel,

Job Description:

  • Creating development plans,
  • Identifying market opportunities through meetings, networking and other channels,
  • Meeting existing and potential clients and building positive relationships to promote the company,
  • Maintaining connections with key owners and agencies in the relevant geographic area,
  • Liaising with colleagues to develop strategies,
  • Engaging with stakeholders to deliver results,
  • Following the market,
  • Preparing and negotiating designer and subcontractor agreements using company-approved processes and documentation,
  • Preparing financial projections and company targets,
  • Attending events such as industry outreach and informational conferences to gain local contacts and identify possible project work for the company,
  • Preparing presentations and participating in meetings,
  • Producing reports for management,
  • Upholding and living the values of the organization and industry,
  • To embody company values and ethics in all interactions with personal and professional contacts,
