As for the skills and experience we are looking for:

• University degree (BS/MS) in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 4 years experience on international industrial/construction projects.
• Excellent organization and teamwork skills. Proven success in contributing to a team oriented environment. 
• Self oriented, disciplined, and well organized.
• Excellent knowledge in Autocad and MS Office softwares.
• Fluent in English.
• Good communication skills and well-motivated.
• No obstacle to travel to other countries and stay there long term.



 Job Description:

• Assist in the implementation of the site safety program as required and ensure subcontractor compliance with Synergy’s safety standards and all applicable safety codes and regulations.
• Assist in the preparation of Daily Progress Reports.
• Review all work to be sure it is accurate within the accepted tolerances.
• Review all project documents to ensure proper coordination and construction.
• Monitor the progress and quality.
• Assist in the preparation of project as-built.
• Coordinate the site based on Construction Manager’s decisions.
