Job Description

• Manage fully cycle (end-to-end) recruitment
• Sourcing, conducting phone screening calls, personal and online interviews, referral checks
• Identifying ideal candidate profiles using various databases (internal database, local job portals, LinkedIn, professional groups, etc.) and expand sourcing channels
• Collaborating with hiring managers to clarify role requirements and optimize recruitment processes
• Preparing and publishing job advertisements
• Maintain and update candidate databases and tracking systems
• Coordinate interview process, manage candidate communication, and ensure a smooth hiring process
• Participate in other HR-related projects (social media support, onboarding and offboarding, evaluation interviews, internship program and knowledge management)
• Visiting construction site when necessary
• Participating in career events and employer branding activities
• Managing the selection and placement process of interns

As for the skills and experience we are looking for

• At least 3 years experience in the Construction sector as Recruiter
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent command of English (both written and spoken) is mandatory; knowledge of Turkish, Romanian, or Hungarian will be an asset
