Leasing Director – Offices (Class A), Bucharest
Job Description
- Lead the leasing strategy and execution for a Class A office complex in Bucharest
- Develop and implement commercial leasing plans to maximize occupancy, rental income, and asset value
- Identify and attract high-profile tenants (multinationals, corporate HQs, shared office operators)
- Negotiate and close complex lease agreements, including long-term contracts and renewals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, agents, and corporate clients
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing to ensure competitive positioning
- Collaborate with asset management, marketing, and property management teams
- Coordinate the work with project management, with fit-out contractors and tenants
- Make sure that all processes within a building are run duly according to the law and local norms and standards
- Oversee leasing budgets, forecasts, and reporting to senior management
- Coordinate with legal teams on lease documentation and compliance
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums
- Lead and mentor leasing team members (if applicable)
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve occupancy and revenue targets across the office portfolio
- Drive tenant retention strategies and lease renewals
- Manage leasing pipelines, reporting, and CRM systems
- Ensure strong brand positioning of the buildings in the market
- Support investment decisions with leasing insights and projections
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience (Minimum 5+ Years Required)
- Minimum 5–10 years of experience in commercial real estate leasing (offices)
- Proven track record in leasing Class A office buildings or premium commercial assets
- Strong experience working in Bucharest real estate market
- Demonstrated success in negotiating high-value lease transactions
- Experience working with international tenants and corporate clients
- Background in working with developers, property owners, or real estate advisory firms (e.g., CBRE, JLL, Colliers etc)
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent negotiation and deal-closing skills
- Strong market knowledge of Bucharest office sector
- Advanced financial and commercial acumen (rent structures, incentives, ROI)
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex deals
- Strong network within brokerage and tenant communities

- High level of communication and presentation skills
- Fluent in English and Romanian
