We are looking for a Recruiter having the following qualifications to be assigned to our company for our Mercedes Project in Jawor and for our future projects in Poland. If you think you meet the expectations and this role is a precious opportunity for your career path, let’s apply!

Job Description

• Manage fully cycle (end-to-end) recruitment
• Sourcing, conducting phone screening calls, personal and online interviews, referral checks
• Identifying ideal candidate profiles using various databases (internal database, local job portals, LinkedIn, professional groups, etc.) and expand sourcing channels
• Collaborating with hiring managers to clarify role requirements and optimize recruitment processes
• Preparing and publishing job advertisements
• Maintain and update candidate databases and tracking systems
• Coordinate interview process, manage candidate communication, and ensure a smooth hiring process
• Participate in other HR-related projects (social media support, onboarding and offboarding, evaluation interviews, training, and knowledge management)
• Visiting construction site when necessary

As for the skills and experience we are looking for

• At least 2 years relevant experience
• Experience in construction market
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent command of Polish and English, both written and spoken, is a must
• Located in Wroclaw, Jawor, Legnica or near
