We are looking for a full-time Personnel Affairs Chief, for our HQ in Budapest with the following qualifications to join our dynamic team.
As and experience we are looking for:
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in personnel affairs or HR operations (in the construction industry)
  • Strong knowledge of labor law and personnel administration practices
  • Experience in payroll coordination, HR documentation and managing immigration processes.
  • Responsible, organized, detail-oriented, with strong communication and a collaborative, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and effective use of HR ERP systems.
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
  • Open to relocate
Job Description:
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, regulations and company HR policies.
  • Prepare, review and manage related official documentation such as employment contracts, job description etc.
  • Maintain and update employee records, personnel files and HR databases.
  • Ensure the accurate and timely execution of payroll, timekeeping, salary calculation processes, taxes and social security matters for all employees, in coordination with internal departments and external service providers.
  • Coordinate and manage immigration, work permit and visa processes for foreign employees in coordination with internal departments and external service providers.
  • Coordinate communication and documentation with relevant authorities during labor inspections, audits and official inquiries.
  • Support HR policies, procedures and internal regulations implementation.
  • Manage HR-related operational processes in coordination with relevant internal departments.
  • Prepare daily, weekly and monthly HR-related reports.
