We are seeking a Contract Specialist to join our team for upcoming projects in Hungary. If you meet the qualifications below and are looking for a role that can significantly advance your career, we encourage you to apply.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in an Engineering or other relevant discipline.

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

• Advanced proficiency in English and Hungarian languages (spoken and written).

• Proven experience with various contract types (e.g., lump sum, unit price, cost-plus-fee).

• Background working with EPC contractors, clients, PM consultants, or general contractors is a plus.

• Experience in contract and subcontract drafting, review, evaluation, negotiation, and management.

• Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.

• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships.

• A collaborative team player who is also self-driven and capable of working independently.

Responsibilities:

• Draft and review contracts and contractual documents such as memorandum of understanding, collaboration agreements, heads of terms etc.

• Collaborate with project teams to provide commercial and contractual guidance throughout project execution.

• Support negotiations with clients and partners to align with project goals.

• Support negotiations regarding contract variations and deviations.

• Draft and review contractual notices and formal communications.

• Support contractual claims from initiation to resolution.

• Provide commercial support for other ad hoc project requirements as needed.

• Support the coordination and review of pre-award contractual documents to ensure alignment with company policies and risk management standards.
