Qualifications:

• University degree in Industrial and Agricultural Civil Constructions or Civil Engineering
• Minimum 15 years of work experience or 10 years of relevant experience in a similar position
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), AutoCAD (medium/advanced). Microsoft Project knowledge is an advantage
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Solid interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural team environment
• High level of commitment, flexibility, responsibility, and integrity
• Meticulousness and ability to maintain high standards of accuracy
• Ability to work independently and demonstrate perseverance and initiative in fulfilling tasks and objectives
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken)

Job Description:

• Coordinate and supervise the performance of resistance structure works in accordance with the project execution plans
• Prepare the necessary materials for carrying out various stages of execution
• Check the quality of the executed works to ensure compliance with standards
• Analyze and communicate any non-conformities in the execution plans to the project manager and designer
• Participate in weekly coordination and progress meetings
• Prepare and review monthly work statements
• Draft and send necessary reports to the site manager
• Prepare weekly progress reports and ensure adherence to the execution schedule for timely project completion
• Ensure and monitor subcontractors' compliance with Health and Safety at Work regulations (Law 319/2006) and fire safety provisions
• Maintain confidentiality of project-related information
• Comply with internal regulations and procedures
• Perform any other tasks required for the natural flow of work and respond to management's requests (at all levels of specialization)
