We are looking for a QA/QC Manager having the following qualifications to be assigned in our company for our upcoming projects in Europe. If you think you meet the expectations and this role is a precious opportunity for your career path, do not hesitate to apply!

As for the skills and experience we are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Certification in Quality Assurance (e.g., Certified Quality Auditor, Certified Quality Engineer) is a plus.
  • Minimum 10 years experience on international industrial / construction / power plant projects and at least 3 years team management experience.
  • Experience with quality management systems (QMS) and methodologies (e.g., ISO 9001, Six Sigma).
  • In-depth understanding of QA/QC principles and practices.
  • Proficient in quality inspection techniques and tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to provide inter-departmental coordination and healthy information flow, strong business follow-up.
  • Ability to lead and mentor QA/QC teams.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluent in English
  • No obstacle to travel to other countries and stay there long term.

Job Description:

  • To ensure that all QA/QC activities are carried out in accordance with the project quality objectives, approved procedures, specifications, drawings, applicable codes and standards.
  • To implement and monitor the Project Quality Management System, including procedures, method statements, Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), material approvals and quality records.
  • To ensure that construction activities are performed in compliance with contractual requirements, technical specifications and approved quality documentation.
  • To coordinate and control inspections and tests in line with Inspection and Test Plans and project requirements.
  • To follow up and review laboratory tests, site tests and third-party inspection/test reports.
  • To plan, conduct and monitor internal quality audits for project teams and subcontractors.
  • To ensure that all quality documentation and records required for project handover and client acceptance are properly maintained and archived.
  • To control incoming materials and ensure their acceptance, storage and usage comply with approved material submittals, standards and specifications.
  • To monitor construction activities at all stages and ensure operational quality control throughout the project lifecycle.
  • To identify, report and manage nonconformities, and to ensure the implementation and closure of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  • To monitor, analyze and report project quality performance indicators and quality-related issues.
  • To ensure that measuring and testing equipment are properly calibrated and maintained.
  • To coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, consultants and clients regarding QA/QC matters and inspections.
  • To support continuous improvement initiatives and promote quality awareness throughout the project organization.
