We are looking for a Site Engineer having the following qualifications to be assigned in our company for the Mercedes Project in Jawor, Poland. If you think you meet the expectations and this role is a precious opportunity for your career path, do not hesitate to contact us! 

 

As for the skills and experience we are looking for:


  • University degree (BS/MS) in Civil Engineering
  • Minimum 4 years experience on international industrial/construction projects.
  • Excellent organization and teamwork skills. Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment.
  • Self-oriented, disciplined, and well-organized.
  • Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office software.
  • Fluent in English and Polish verbal and written.
  • Good communication skills and well-motivated.
  • No obstacle to travel to other countries and stay there long term.
  • Valid engineering license to practice in Poland (mandatory).


 Job Description:


  • Oversee and manage construction activities at the site, ensuring adherence to project specifications, codes, and safety regulations based on the Construction Manager’s guidance.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and ensure compliance with engineering and design requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with subcontractors and other related parties to ensure timely project completion.
  • Analyse and interpret engineering plans, data, and technical drawings to plan and execute construction activities.
  • Coordinate the procurement and delivery of construction materials, ensuring their compliance with industry standards.
  • Identifying potential risks and implementing preventive measures to minimise project delays, cost overruns, and safety hazards.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and evidence, including daily progress reports, site diaries, change orders, site photographs, etc.  
  • To assist in the implementation of the site safety program as required and ensure subcontractor compliance with Synergy’s safety standards and all applicable safety codes and regulations.
  • To prepare daily and daily / weekly progress reports.
  • Assist in the preparation of the project as built.
