Business Development Manager (Polish Speaker)

As for the skills and experience we are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in the construction market
  • Fluency in English and Polish (written and spoken)
  • Proficiency in MS Office and relevant tools
  • Strong communication, networking, and presentation skills
  • Strategic thinking with a big-picture mindset
  • Strong coordination, decision-making, and organizational skills
  • Ability to stay up to date with market and regulatory changes
  • Diplomatic, proactive, and results-oriented
  • Willingness to travel

Job Description:

  • Creating development plans,
  • Identifying market opportunities through meetings, networking and other channels,
  • Meeting existing and potential clients and building positive relationships to promote the company,
  • Maintaining connections with key owners and agencies in the relevant geographic area,
  • Liaising with colleagues to develop strategies,
  • Engaging with stakeholders to deliver results,
  • Following the market,
  • Preparing and negotiating designer and subcontractor agreements using company-approved processes and documentation,
  • Preparing financial projections and company targets,
  • Attending events such as industry outreach and informational conferences to gain local contacts and identify possible project work for the company,
  • Preparing presentations and participating in meetings,
  • Producing reports for management,
  • Upholding and living the values of the organization and industry,
  • To embody company values and ethics in all interactions with personal and professional contacts
