We are looking for a Technical Office Engineer with the following qualifications to be assigned to our Burn Center Project in Targu Mures. If you think you meet the expectations and this role is a precious opportunity for your career path, do not hesitate to contact us!


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related technical field (BS/MS)
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in international industrial/construction projects; experience in hospital projects is an advantage
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Project), MS Project, AutoCAD, and Primavera P6 software
  • Strong analytical, evaluation, and synthesis skills, including Critical Path Analysis and Earned Value Analysis
  • Excellent planning and organizational abilities, including experience with schedule forecasting and forensic delay analysis
  • Effective communication skills for collaboration with colleagues, suppliers, and clients
  • Highly responsible, detail-oriented, self-disciplined, and well-organized
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken)


Job Description:


  • Develop and maintain project schedules, including the monitoring of critical path milestones and earned value analysis for major project activities.
  • Regularly review and analyze contractor and subcontractor schedules for contract compliance and recommend corrective and recovery actions.
  • Calculate and track project progress both physically and financially.
  • Assist with other matters such as procurement, evaluation of subcontractors’ pre-qualification, reviewing of Method Statements, problem-solving etc.
  • Provide forensic delay analysis and schedule forecasting.
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports, and present schedule updates to senior management and clients.
  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure proper communication and execution of project timelines.
