We are looking for a Planning Engineer with the following qualifications to be assigned to our Mercedes project in Poland. If you think you meet the expectations and this role is a precious opportunity for your career path, do not hesitate to contact us!


As for the skills and experience we are looking for:


  • Graduate from the Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering department of a recognized university,
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in planning, scheduling, and reporting for industrial construction projects,
  • Excellent command of Primavera P6, MS Project, and Excel,
  • Proficiency in both Polish and English (written and spoken) is a must,
  • Strong analytical thinking, result-oriented, enthusiastic, self-motivated, positive, and energetic,
  • Strong communication, leadership, planning, and organizational skills,
  • Knowledge of system-wise project execution and handover procedures,
  • Ability to work target-oriented and proactively,
  • Ability to work in a multicultural, international environment and communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.

Job Description:


  • Ensure that all planning documents, schedules, and revisions are properly documented and stored for future reference,
  • Create a detailed project schedule that outlines the sequence of tasks and milestones,
  • Break down the project into manageable components and define tasks and sub-tasks,
  • Define key milestones in the project timeline, including design completion, procurement, construction phases, inspections, and project handover,
  • Track the progress of the project against the schedule, identify delays, and address critical paths,
  • Revise the project schedule as necessary, incorporating changes in scope, design, or unforeseen delays, while ensuring the overall timeline remains achievable,
  • Work closely with other departments (engineering, procurement, construction, and quality assurance) to ensure that their schedules align with the overall project plan,
  • Generate progress reports, dashboards, and performance analytics.
