What we are looking for?

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• Proven minimum 3 years experience in social media management. (Agency background will be asset)
• Event management and planning, ability to handle several subcontractors simultaneously.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• A creative thinker with a passion for marketing and CSR.
• Knowledge of social media analytics tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hungarian. 

Job Description

• Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement.
• Create, schedule, and post high-quality content across various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
• Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate them into social media campaigns.
• Plan, organize and execute company events, including team building events, special days events, job fairs etc. 
• Coordinate event logistics, including venue selection, catering, invitations, and promotional materials.
• Develop and manage corporate social responsibility initiatives that align with our values and mission.
• Collaborate with graphic designers and agencies as needed.
