We are looking for a Site Engineer having the following qualifications to be assigned in our company for our upcoming projects in Hungary. If you think you meet the expectations and this role is a precious opportunity for your career path, do not hesitate to contact us!  


As for the skills and experience we are looking for:

 

  • University degree (BS/MS) in Civil Engineering/Architecture.
  • Minimum 4 years experience on international industrial/construction projects.
  • Excellent organization and teamwork skills. Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment. 
  • Self-oriented, disciplined, and well organized.
  • Excellent knowledge in AutoCAD and MS Office software.
  • Fluent English verbal and written.
  • Good communication skills and well-motivated.
  • No obstacle to travel to other countries and stay there long term.

 Job Description:

 

  • To finalize and manage the finishing works between civil and MEP within projects to ensure that construction is delivered to the client with the required quality standards and within agreed time scales 
  • Lead the coordination between the companies’ finishing workers and the subcontractors to ensure collaboration and avoid projects’ drawback
  • Support in projects handing over documents for finishing work in order to get clients acceptance and taking over projects.
  • Assist in the implementation of the site safety program as required and ensure subcontractor compliance with Synergy’s safety standards and all applicable safety codes and regulations.
  • To prepare daily and weekly progress reports.
  • Review all work to be sure it is accurate within the accepted tolerances.
  • To coordinate testing and approval of materials wherever applicable and ensure specified quality standards are adhered to.
  • Assist in the preparation of project as-built.
  • Coordinate the site based on the Construction Manager’s guidance
