We are looking for a Corporate Lawyer having the following qualifications to be assigned in our company for our headquarter in Hungary. If you think you meet the expectations and this role is a precious opportunity for your career path, do not hesitate to contact us!

As for the skills and experience we are looking for:

  • University Degree in Law, degree in Corporate Law is preferred.
  • Valid license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction in Hungary. 
  • Proven experience (e.g., 5+ years) as a corporate or in-house legal counsel. Construction sector experience is an asset. 
  • Extensive knowledge of corporate law, contract law, labor law and regulatory requirements.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong ethical integrity with the ability to act as a trusted advisor.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Fluency in both English and Hungarian is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert legal advice to management on business strategy, compliance, and corporate governance.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements and other legal documents to protect the company’s interests.
  • Stay informed about changes in laws and regulations affecting the business operations and ensure compliance.
  • Oversee and manage disputes, regulatory issues, and legal risks.
  • Represent the company in legal proceedings and coordinate with external legal firms and advisors as needed.
  • Develop and implement legal policies and internal control systems to ensure smooth operations within a lawful framework.
  • Collaborate closely with the in-house legal team to ensure seamless integration of legal advice and strategies.
