We are looking for a Design Coordinator having the following qualifications to be assigned in our company for our  projects in Romania. If you think you meet the expectations and this role is a opportunity for your career path, do not hesitate to apply!

As for the skills and experience we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in design coordination or engineering within the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of technical documentation and construction drawings.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in design and document management software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, MS Office)
• Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of any other European language will be considered a strong plus.

Job Description

• Set up design organization for various types of projects: design&build, design-bid-build etc.
• Act as the main liaison in design topics between design stakeholders: Client, general designer, sub-designers, construction teams, suppliers, authorities
• Manage proper design process: data supply, coordination, submittals, approvals, RFI's
• Ensure most efficient design solutions from timing, cost, technical specifications aspects
• Manage the permitting processes
