General Activities:

· Checking provided tender documentation (beneficiary specific requests, technical projects, project data description) for studying technical and financial proposal

· Preparing technical and economical quotations according to the received tender documentation

· Answer to the beneficiary requests, providing the necessary clarifications regarding the quotation

· Offer requests to suppliers / subcontractors, offers comparison

· Update the technical solutions and the date base for material prices

Experience

· 1- 3 years of experience in the Tender – Technical Department for similar position in another construction / installation company

Qualifications

· University Bachelor’s degree in Installations / Mechanical Engineering;

· Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Project), AutoCAD, tender program is an advantage
