We are looking for a BIM Specialist having the following qualifications to be assigned in our company projects in Hungary. If you think you meet the expectations and this role is a precious opportunity for your career path, do not hesitate to apply!


As for the skills and experience we are looking for:

  • University degree (BS/MS) in Civil Engineering or Architect.
  • Minimum 2 years experience on international industrial / construction / power plant projects.
  • Excellent organization and teamwork skills. Proven success in contributing to a team oriented environment.
  • Self oriented, disciplined, and well organized.
  • Knowledge in Autodesk programmes (such as Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD), ArchiCAD, BIM Tools, Excel VBA, MS Project
  • Knowledge about taking data from the 3D model
  • Creating objects/families and managing them
  • General knowledge about communitarian between the BIM programs
  • Coordinating the model with the excel files (creating schedules and integrating them to excel documents)
  • Being able to model 3D
  • 4D Planning, simulation preparation
  • Fluent in English. (both written and spoken)
  • Good communication skills and well-motivated
  • No obstacle to travel to other countries and stay there long term.
  • Having a certificate in the BIM area is a plus


Job Description:


  • Scheduling programme, providing good monitoring, Critical Path Analysis, Earned Value Analysis and mapping of all major milestones for all major activities.
  • Regularly review the contractor’s and subcontractors’ schedules as compared to master schedule and provide comments for corrective and recovery actions regarding contract compliance.
  • Regularly calculate the progress of the project both physically and financially.
  • Tracking the procurement and purchasing.
  • Ability to review claims, variation orders,
  • Schedule forecasting and provide forensic delay analysis.
  • Assist with other matters such as procurement, evaluation of subcontractors’ pre-qualification, reviewing of Method Statements, problem solving, etc.
  • Generating Daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
  • Presenting schedule updates to senior management and client at project level.
  • Working on submitted IFC models, taking data from them, and creating BOQ.
