Job Description:

• Responsible for managing overall IT infrastructure day to day operations,
• Oversee the annual IT budget and ensure cost-effectiveness,
• Develop a culture and policy for Synergy data management and data protection,
• Test, troubleshoot, and modify information systems so that they operate effectively,
• Manage IT resource requirements to ensure an appropriate balance between tactical and strategic demands,
• Manage strategic relationships with key IT product and service providers,
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for IT services and equipment,
• Develop and implement an IT strategy aligned with our company's goals and objectives,
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and advancements, and recommend innovative technologies that can improve our business processes.

As for the skills and experience we are looking for:

• Relevant university or college degree in IT field,
• Excellent organisational leadership capability,
• At least 10 years experience in IT operation (at least 5 years at managerial positions),
• Understanding IT Infrastructure services and operation,
• Fluency in English and in Hungarian (both written and spoken),
• Excellent leadership, organization and teamwork skills.
